OONH LLP is a Pune-based DPIIT-registered SaaS company founded in 2023 by Gunjan Bisani after 13 years running an Indian services agency. OONH is a Smart Execution Layer for MSMEs and part of the OVHcloud Startup Program. Currently serving 8 Indian businesses in production.

The Problem

Early 2025

The First Prototype

Built a CRM with SLA timers and escalation chains. First user: ourselves. Collection time dropped 60%.

Mid 2025

Autopilot Engine

Built the event-driven automation engine. Follow-ups, approvals, collections — all running without human intervention.

Opened the platform to agencies and businesses.

Gunjan has spent nearly two decades building software — from developer to technical director to founding Nspiresoft, a Pune digital-services agency that has served Indian SMEs for over a decade. That daily, hands-on exposure to how small businesses actually operate — the missed follow-ups, the invoices that age, the approvals stuck in inboxes — is the origin of every OONH workflow.

He earlier founded NameHippo, a brandable-domain marketplace. He built the OONH platform end-to-end and leads product, engineering, and first-customer onboarding. OONH isn’t enterprise software repackaged for small businesses — it’s built from real operating pain, by someone who has lived it.
