1Agreement

By accessing OONH Autopilot OS ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and API consumers.

2Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining credential confidentiality. Each workspace is a separate tenant with fully isolated data. Sharing credentials across users or workspaces is prohibited.

3Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized automated communications
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or exploit security vulnerabilities
• Exceed published API rate limits or overload the system with automated requests
• Use the Platform for activities illegal in any applicable jurisdiction
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access without written agreement

4Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Downgrades take effect at end of current billing cycle. We may update pricing with 30 days written notice. Add-ons (WhatsApp packs, extra automation runs) are billed separately.

5Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you input. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Data is stored encrypted with tenant-level isolation. You may export your data at any time via dashboard exports or API. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6Our IP

The Platform — its design, code, documentation, and automation engine — is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended business purpose during the subscription term.

7Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss beyond our control.

8Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
