In most growing teams, tasks live in people's heads, WhatsApp threads, and half-remembered promises. Work gets handed off verbally, deadlines stay informal, and priorities shift without anyone updating a list. When someone is overloaded or simply forgets, no one notices until the work is already late — usually when a client asks where it is. The founder ends up being the reminder system.
In OONH, every piece of work becomes a task with a clear owner and an SLA timer the moment it is created. Assignment follows role and current workload, not just who happens to be free. As a deadline approaches, the assignee is reminded automatically; if it is missed, OONH escalates on a fixed ladder — first a nudge, then the manager, then reassignment — so nothing sits silently overdue. Every one of those steps is written to the task timeline in plain language, so anyone can see what happened and what is next.
"We built this because I was tired of being the human reminder for my own team. Now the system does it, and nothing quietly slips."— Gunjan Bisani, Founder, OONH
