Creating Your First Automation

Open the Autopilot Builder

Navigate to Autopilot → Workflows and click + New Workflow. Give it a name like "Lead Follow-Up" and click Create.

Add a Trigger

Every workflow starts with a trigger — the event that kicks things off. Click + Add Trigger and select Lead Created. This means the workflow runs every time a new lead enters your CRM.

Add an Action

Click the + below your trigger. Select Create Task. Configure it: assign to the lead owner, set due date to 2 hours from now, title "Follow up with [lead name]".

Add a Condition

Want to only follow up on high-value leads? Add a condition: Lead Value > ₹50,000. If true → create task. If false → skip.

Activate

Toggle the workflow to Active. From now on, every qualifying lead automatically gets a follow-up task assigned to the right person with a deadline.
