OONH is priced flat per business, not per user. Autopilot (₹4,999/mo) — up to 50 team members, with CRM, Finance, Work OS, HR, approvals, the Autopilot Engine, SLA timers and escalation. Autopilot Pro (₹9,999/mo) — up to 100 team members, adding WhatsApp Business messaging, social media, website builder and chatbot. Workspaces created on earlier plans keep their plan until they choose to change it.
Changing Plans
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Add-ons
Purchase add-ons under Settings → Billing → Add-ons: AI Chatbot (₹499/mo), SMS Pack (₹299/mo), WhatsApp API (₹999/mo), Extra Storage (₹99/mo).
Invoices
All billing invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoices. They are auto-generated and can be downloaded as PDF.
