Connecting WhatsApp Business API
Requirements
You need: a WhatsApp Business account, a verified phone number, and the WhatsApp API add-on enabled on your OONH plan.
Setup Steps
1. Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp. 2. Click Connect WhatsApp. 3. Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp Business app. 4. Wait for session confirmation (usually 10-30 seconds).
Message Templates
Create reusable message templates under Settings → WhatsApp → Templates. Templates support variables like {client_name}, {invoice_amount}, {due_date} that auto-fill from your data.
Using in Automations
In any Autopilot workflow, add a Send WhatsApp action. Select your template, map the variables, and set timing. The message fires automatically when the workflow reaches that step.
