Using Autopilot Blueprints

Updated Jul 27, 2026 1 min read 210 views

What Are Blueprints?

Blueprints are ready-made automation workflows you can activate in one click. They cover common patterns: sales follow-up, invoice collection, leave approval, client onboarding, and renewal reminders.

Activating a Blueprint

Go to Autopilot → Blueprints, browse the library, and click Use This Blueprint. Review the trigger, conditions, and actions — customize anything you need — then activate.

Available Blueprints

Sales Follow-Up: Lead created → assign rep → 2-hour SLA → remind → escalate.
Invoice Collection: Invoice sent → day 3 reminder → day 7 firm → day 14 escalate → stop on payment.
Leave Approval: Request submitted → manager notified → 24-hour SLA → auto-escalate to HR head.
Client Onboarding: Deal won → create project → assign tasks → schedule kickoff.
